Simple, family-first, and written for the North Pole workshop.
Santa's North Pole is a festive entertainment app for children and families. It is joyful pretend play: voice and video calls with Santa, a warm mail-room chat, letters to the workshop, a prize-wheel gift list, arcade games, and gentle updates from the North Pole bulletin board.
Grown-ups should help younger kids use the app, especially when the camera, microphone, or notification permission is involved. Parent controls live in the Parents area and are not shown during the child's experience.
This Privacy Policy explains what information Santa's North Pole uses, what stays on your device, and what we do not collect. By using the app, you agree to this policy.
We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, payment details, or location for an account. We do not run a user database for this app, and we do not upload your family's play data to our servers.
Some information is used only on your device so the magic can work:
Information stored on your device is kept locally on your iPhone or iPad. It is not uploaded to our servers for storage, advertising profiles, or resale.
Santa's North Pole may ask for these iOS permissions. You can allow or deny them, and you can change them later in iPhone or iPad Settings.
Santa's North Pole does not ask for access to your Photos library.
If you deny a permission, that feature may not work, but the rest of the workshop still will.
Most workshop screens — including Santa's Games, Message Santa, My Letter, Gift List, Call Santa, North Pole News, and Settings — may show child-directed banner ads through Google AdMob. Full-screen interstitial ads may appear when opening the Parents area or Santa's Games, starting a Santa call, sending a letter, after two messages in Message Santa, after two Gift List spins, or after cleared game levels. Native ads may appear in games before continuing after certain actions. An app open ad may appear when you return to Santa's North Pole from the background. AdMob may process standard device and ad-interaction information under Google's Privacy Policy. We configure those ads for families and do not use them to build a Santa's North Pole account for your child.
Messages in Message Santa and letters in My Letter are part of the on-device play session. They are not sent to a Santa's North Pole server for us to store, and they are not processed by third-party AI.
When you leave those screens or close the app, that chat and letter content is left behind with the session. A child's name, call plan, gift list, game progress, and settings remain on the device until you delete the app, reset game progress in Parents, or clear that data another way.
Scheduled call reminders are handled by iOS on your device. We do not receive a copy of them.
Message Santa is a playful mail-room chat. When your child sends a message, Santa's reply is chosen on the device from warm, pre-written festive responses.
No chat text is transmitted to our servers or to third-party AI providers. Chat messages exist only for the current visit to Message Santa and are not saved locally for future sessions.
Santa's North Pole is made for family play. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for our own records.
Parents and guardians should supervise young children, review permission prompts, and decide whether camera, microphone, and notification access are right for their family. The Parents area lets grown-ups personalise the visit and manage game progress without breaking the magic for the child.
Santa's North Pole uses Google AdMob to show optional banner ads across the workshop, including games, messages, letters, the gift wheel, Santa calls, North Pole News, and Settings. Full-screen interstitials may appear during calls, letters, messages, games, and the Parents area. App open ads may appear when returning to the app. AdMob may collect device and ad-interaction information needed to serve and measure those ads. We tag the app for child-directed treatment and request family-appropriate ad content.
Before ads load, the app may ask for permission under Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT).
Apple may process standard App Store, device, and operating-system information under Apple's Privacy Policy when you download or use the app.
Because Santa's North Pole keeps most play features on the device, there is no Santa's North Pole cloud account to hack. Please still protect the device with a passcode, and only share the iPhone or iPad with people you trust.
We may update this Privacy Policy if the app changes. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of Santa's North Pole after an update means you accept the new policy.
